C-Lium Brings International Zumba Expert Loretta Bates to Manila

Staying true to its advocacy of healthy living, C-Lium Fibre, together with Live Love Party International, brings world-renowned Zumba instructor Loretta Bates to the Philippines to inspire Filipinos to have a healthier lifestyle.

This October, she will lead hundreds of Zumba enthusiasts in two special Zumba sessions in Bacolod City on October 4, and at The Playground, Ronac Art Center in San Juan, Metro Manila on October 5. This campaign will teach everybody that fitness programs can be fun and exciting, too.

Zumba, which is performed primarily to the groove of lively music, is an aerobic fitness program inspired by various Latin American dance styles. It became a popular exercise amongst individuals, especially women, who found their usual gym routine monotonous and boring.

Loretta Bates is a Zumba education specialist, instructor, and ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) member since 2007. She is also an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA (Aerobic and Fitness Association of America) Certified Group Fitness Instructor, making her the right person to educate people on how to live a healthy and active lifestyle through Zumba.

While she conducts most of her training sessions in North and South Carolina, she also travels around the world to promote her mission of helping others have better, healthier lives. And, C-Lium is very happy that she’s bringing her Zumba moves here to the Philippines.

Bates shares the advocacy of C-Lium to live a healthier lifestyle by incorporating regular exercise and proper diet with a daily dose of fiber.

Nowadays, most people fail to get the body’s required 20 to 30 grams of daily fiber, which may make them more prone to diseases such as high cholesterol, diabetes and obesity. Taking C-Lium Fibre everyday will help them achieve their fiber needs in a more convenient way.

C-Lium Fibre is made from 100% natural psyllium plant which is a good source of soluble and insoluble fibers. According to the National Fiber Council, the soluble fiber in psyllium absorbs water, turns into a gel, then attaches to food, sugars, cholesterol, and fats in the stomach, and helps to expel them out of the digestive system. By doing so, the risk for many life-threatening diseases, such as heart disease, certain forms of cancer, diabetes and stroke may be reduced.

C-Lium Fibre supports programs like Zumba to show its long-time commitment to promote active and healthy living for Filipinos.

C-Lium Fibre comes in husk powder and capsule variants and is available in leading drugstores and supermarkets nationwide.
