Solaire Resort Quezon City has brought the Leaf & Barrel Society—its celebrated whisky and cigar tasting series originally established at Solaire Resort Entertainment City—to Quezon Club.

The event brings together whisky aficionados and curious newcomers for guided tasting sessions paired with live entertainment and fine cigars. Set beneath ambient lighting surrounding Quezon Club’s iconic oval bar, the monthly series offers a curated exploration of flavor, aroma, and craftsmanship.

For its inaugural run at Solaire Resort Quezon City, Daniel Blais, Director of Food and Beverage and founder of the Leaf & Barrel Society, welcomed guests to a guided tasting journey.

The tasting featured five distinct expressions from The Macallan paired with the limited-edition Solaire UNCUT Grand Cru Robusto cigar, crafted by Davidoff:

The Featured Cigar: Solaire UNCUT Grand Cru Robusto by Davidoff (notes of creamy cedar, delicate florals, and refined complexity).

Host and performer Fay Castro provided live vocal performances, followed by a routine from dance duo Jane and Alex of the Lucky Stars and a late-night DJ set.
