The initiative is specifically designed to transition aspiring Filipino entrepreneurs into enduring digital operations by offering a highly guided, scalable, and trusted e-commerce framework. Rather than functioning merely as an open storefront platform, Lazada is positioning itself as a core growth partner dedicated to cultivating merchant trust and maximizing long-term business value.

Strategic Public-Private Upskilling
A vital driver of the campaign’s relaunch is the aggressive expansion of institutional partnerships. Since October 2025, Lazada has collaborated deeply with critical national entities including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), and Go Negosyo.
Through more than ten joint upskilling and marketplace readiness activations—including major summits like the GoNegosyo BalikBayan Summit—Lazada has directly connected with over 300 aspiring merchant brands. This partnership framework unlocks massive future runway, particularly within the DOST network which represents over 7,000 active MSMEs nationwide.

To ensure these emerging businesses remain profitable, Lazada engineered a specialized Excel-based seller calculator. This practical tool allows merchants to clearly map out pricing tiers, transaction fees, and operating margins before entering the ecosystem, directly helping them "sell right and sell wide."
