One of the key contributors to this collection, Kanyada Phatan, is a multidisciplinary artist from Thailand. Her work is regularly featured in Neppu, a monthly booklet published by Studio Ghibli in Japan, where she shares a photo and a poem each month. Kanyada is also the author of The Tale of Ghibli Museum and co-author of Goro, Where did you Come from, Where are you Going? and Words of Wisdom I Heard from Ghibli’s Suzuki About Work. In 2022, she released KANYADA, a photographic collection capturing the scenic beauty of Pak Thong Chai in Thailand, reflecting her deep appreciation for nature and storytelling.

With “My Dear,” UNIQLO and Studio Ghibli continue their shared mission of bringing heartwarming narratives and imaginative worlds into everyday fashion. This collaboration is sure to delight fans of all ages with its nostalgic charm, thoughtful design, and universal appeal.
