Driving Green Mobility: VinFast Opens 21 Electric Motorcycle Showrooms Across the Philippines
Vietnamese electric vehicle giant VinFast has officially expanded its green mobility footprint in Southeast Asia by opening 21 electric motorcycle showrooms across the Philippines. The simultaneous launch introduces three electric two-wheeler models—the Evo, Feliz II, and Viper—alongside an ambitious battery-swapping infrastructure strategy.
Following a successful pre-booking campaign that saw thousands of early adopters, the initial network of 21 pioneer dealerships will serve as all-in-one hubs for sales, test rides, home-charging solutions, and battery swapping.

Flexible Ownership & Nationwide Swapping Ecosystem
To lower ownership barriers, VinFast offers riders the choice to either purchase batteries outright or sign up for a battery subscription plan. To support everyday convenience, VinFast plans to roll out 30,000 battery-swapping cabinets across the country in collaboration with local infrastructure partners.
"Opening 21 VinFast showrooms alongside the launch of our three electric motorcycle models reflects VinFast’s long-term investment commitment to the Philippines," said Ms. Vo Thi Cam Tu, CEO of VinFast E-Scooters & E-Bikes, International Markets. "Beyond offering products that meet diverse mobility needs, we are building a comprehensive ecosystem that makes it easier for customers to access our vehicles, energy solutions, and support services."
