SB19 Joins AIA Philippines to Redefine Healthy Living for Filipinos

What does it really mean to be “healthy” today? For many Filipinos, it’s no longer just about diets or fitness routines, it’s about everyday choices, personal courage, and showing up for yourself and the people you love. This is the message behind the newest partnership between SB19 and AIA Philippines.

As the newest ambassadors of AIA Philippines, the Kings of P-pop are bringing a fresh and relatable perspective to the brand’s Rethink Healthy campaign, one that reflects the realities of modern Filipino life. From balancing responsibilities to prioritizing mental and financial well-being, SB19 embodies the idea that being healthy is not about perfection, but about progress.

Melita Teo, President and CEO of AIA Philippines, shared that the partnership reflects the company’s mission of helping people live “Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.” According to her, SB19 represents authenticity and the everyday courage needed to take control of one’s well-being.

Meanwhile, Chief Marketing Officer Melissa Henson emphasized the group’s influence, noting how their values: family-first, resilience, and purpose, mirror what drives many Filipinos to make better health choices.

This collaboration also comes at a time when Filipinos are becoming more intentional about their well-being. AIA Philippines’ latest study reveals that health decisions are often shaped by family responsibilities and the desire to provide, a reality that resonates deeply with SB19’s own journey.

Before their global success, each member of SB19 faced uncertain paths and difficult choices. Leader Pablo, now CEO of 1Z Entertainment, recalls choosing passion over security as one of the bravest decisions he’s made. For Josh, staying healthy is about consistency, showing up for yourself every day. Justin found growth in stepping outside his comfort zone, while Stell highlights the importance of happiness and emotional well-being in defining health.

Ken, on the other hand, reflects a perspective many Filipinos can relate to: that health can also mean peace of mind, being able to support your family and feel secure in doing so.

These stories highlight a shared truth: health is deeply personal and often shaped by everyday realities. For many, especially breadwinners, it’s not just about self-care, it’s about caring for others, too.

Through this partnership, AIA Philippines and SB19 aim to make health feel more achievable. Instead of chasing unrealistic standards, the campaign encourages Filipinos to focus on small, meaningful steps whether it’s taking time to rest, pursuing passions, or making smarter financial decisions.

At its core, Rethink Healthy is about embracing progress over perfection. Because sometimes, the bravest thing you can do is simply show up—and choose better, one day at a time.
