Alright here we go, this is really exciting as this is my first time trying out a Mi fitness band. This sports band can help you monitor your sleep, stress, heart rate, breathing, oxygen saturation, and can even track your workouts. What's nice about this band is that this has a stunning AMOLED full screen touch display of 1.56" and priced sub Php 2,000.

First up, I do love the box. I know, I know, why am I talking about the box. Well because it's unusual for me to have a black gadget box and it's certainly sleek and just cool to look at. It reflects the amazing sleek stylish sports band that you'd be getting inside.
Here are the key features of the Mi Band 6.
  • AMOLED Touch display 1.56"
  • Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitoring
  • Stress Monitoring & Breathing training
  • Mentrual cycle data tracking
  • Up to 30 workout modes and auto workout tracking detection
  • Water resistant up to 50 meters with swimming stroke recognition
  • Sleep tracking/recording
  • Magnetic charging
Inside you get the band, the charging cable and user manual. I mentioned in my vlog that I like the magnetic charging feature of the Mi Band 6 because it holds up really nice and keeps it together and you don't need to worry it not charging. Just stick it together and you're good to go.

Check out my vlog right here.

The display is a 1.56 AMOLED screen which is a big improvement from the Mi Band 5. You can also adjust the screen brightness of up to 450 nits and you can also adjust the brightness too. It's made up of tempered glass and is an anti-fingerprint coating. You also get to choose of up to 60+ displays via the Mi Fit app.
You guys can also check out the Xiaomi Wear app where you can also see other info on your sleep data and others. On the wrist it feels really light and you can barely feel that you're wearing it. It's also water resistant of up to 5ATM or up to 50 meters.

If you guys check out the vlog you can see how you can easily remove the fitness tracker from the band. Do check it out right here.

The Mi Band 6 is  a device designed with fitness tracker at its core. It has around 30 fun and challenging workout types for users to try and enjoy. There are indoor training or professional sports like gymnastics and even some fun activities. There's also an auto detection mode on walking, treadmill, cycling, rowing machine and elliptical.

Health tracking features are just some of the things I like with the Mi Band 6. They have SPO2, or blood oxygen saturation, heart monitoring and also enhanced sleep tracking function monitoring naps, sleep cycles, REMS and sleep breathing. There's also stress monitoring with a deep breathing guidance function.

Other features like

  • Camera Shutter control
  • music control
  • find my phone
  • alarm
  • timer
Are definitely very useful features that I get to use regularly. The battery of the Mi Smart Band 6 is actually good. It can last around up to 14 days of battery life in a normal use. Charging for 1 hour would give you of up to 80% charge. Zero to a 100% in less than 2 hours is not so bad!
Personally I think that the Mi Band 6 is a really nice fitness band for anyone starting or those who's into these kinds of wearables. If you want to know my recommendation on this watch, be sure to head over to the vlog for more info and how to setup the app. (link)

Smart Band 6 can be worn when swimming, snorkeling, and even showering. The device comes with soft and comfortable straps in a choice of 6 vibrant colors5 with price at Php 1,990.
