[Food] Lent Offerings from Slappy Cakes

One-of-a-kind breakfast stop which started in the US, Slappy Cakes has been giving fun and interactive experience to kids and to its customers. Now in the Philippines, Slappy Cakes has received some good feedbacks from those who enjoy the creative and interactive setting where customers are given the opportunity to cook their own pancakes right at the their table.

Slappy Cakes, who have been serving Filipino breakfast has also been the reason why customers keep coming back. Recently, they introduced their latest no-meat offerings. Yeap, just in time for Holy Week, they released their tasty and fulfilling offerings for lent. From appetizers, pastas, sandwich and more, truly Slappy Cakes is more than just a house of pancakes.

Cheese Sticks
We started with what they call Slappetizers like the Cheese Sticks, Mango Ponzu Salad and Tomato Soup. They also have a couple of pasta dishes and Slappy Plates: Pesto Pasta with Anchovies, Salmon Pasta with Cream Sauce, Grilled Three Cheese Sandwich and Fish Bites.

So, to those of you who are looking to try these delicious offerings, can visit any of the Slappy Cakes branches in Eastwood Mall, SM Aura Premier, SM Nrth EDSA The Blocl and SM Jazz. During the Holy Week, they are open from Palm Sunday until Holy Wednesday and resume their operations on Black Saturday.
