Susan Boyle Returns To America’s Got Talent For World Exclusive New Album Appearance

Singing superstar Susan Boyle returned to America’s Got Talent last night amid standing ovations to perform ‘You Have To Be There’ from her upcoming third album, ‘Someone to Watch Over Me’.

‘You Have To Be There’ was written by legendary Abba duo Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus originating from their popular Swedish musical, Kristina.

Susan performed the song on America’s Got Talent in a world exclusive premiere to rapturous applause.

Of her performance Susan said, “I’m so pleased the audience enjoyed the song. I really loved performing that big number. I was also a little nervous introducing something new.  America’s Got Talent - it’s where I started with my first album, so it was wonderful to be back and for the support.

Her highly anticipated third album, ‘Someone to Watch Over Me’ is released in the US/Canada, Japan, OZ/NZ from 1st November, and the UK/ROW Monday 7th November 2011.

The new album, Susan’s third in just over two years sees this icon return with a diverse mix of music that will captivate the generations. Susan has specifically chosen songs that are emotive and reflective in response to the outpouring of life stories from so many people who wrote letters to her from around the globe.

Susan Boyle’s first two album’s ‘I Dreamed a Dream’ and ‘The Gift’, dominated global charts selling over 14 million copies in 14 months and went to number one in over 30 countries smashing music records around the world.
