Christmas has officially arrived in San Juan. GH Mall lit up its giant Christmas tree on November 5, kicking off "A Merrier Christmas Together," a season-long celebration made extra special by a partnership with UNIQLO.
A Brooklyn Christmas in San Juan
This year's installation at the GH Mall South Wing Atrium takes its cue from the streets of Brooklyn, New York. Think modern design, sparkling lights and festive displays featuring UNIQLO's LifeWear and Winter collections.
The tree lighting ceremony was attended by representatives from Ortigas Land, UNIQLO and the San Juan City local government, with a special performance by the Manila Symphony Orchestra. It's a very photogenic setup, so expect it to be one of the go-to holiday backdrops in the metro.
Gifts that bring us together
The installation ties in with UNIQLO's holiday campaign, "The Gifts That Bring Us Together." It's packed with gift ideas for family and friends, from everyday LifeWear basics to HEATTECH and PUFFTECH winter favorites. More than just lights
For Ortigas Land, which marks 95 years of building communities, the celebration also carries a message about supporting Filipino families and livelihoods.
