As more Filipinos look for practical and sustainable ways to get around, VinFast is expanding its presence in the country with the launch of its Early Booking Program for three new battery-swapping electric motorcycles: the VinFast Evo, VinFast Feliz II, and VinFast Viper.

The announcement comes less than a month after the same lineup was introduced in Indonesia, highlighting the company's commitment to building a comprehensive green mobility ecosystem across Southeast Asia.

From June 10 to July 18, Filipino customers can reserve their preferred model through VinFast dealerships nationwide or via the official website with a non-refundable booking fee of just PHP 3,000. Early adopters can also enjoy incentives worth PHP 5,600.

Recognizing that every rider has different needs, VinFast offers flexible ownership options. Customers can either subscribe to batteries with battery-swapping privileges or purchase the motorcycles with batteries included.

Designed for different lifestyles, the three models cater to a wide range of users. The sporty and tech-focused VinFast Viper is aimed at younger riders seeking modern features and a more dynamic riding experience. Equipped with a Smart Key system, TFT display, projector headlights, and dual rear shock absorbers, it combines style with practicality.

Meanwhile, the VinFast Evo and VinFast Feliz II are built with everyday commuting in mind. Their agile performance and economical operating costs make them ideal for urban mobility, whether for work, errands, or daily travel.

All three models are powered by a 5,200W BLDC in-wheel motor. The Viper and Feliz II can reach speeds of up to 90 km/h, while the Evo delivers speeds of up to 80 km/h.

Built to meet global standards, the motorcycles feature high-strength steel frames that comply with Japanese standards, IP67-rated motor and controller systems for water and dust resistance, and batteries certified under the European ECE-R136 safety standard. The batteries are covered by a warranty of up to six years or 72,000 kilometers.

Each motorcycle accommodates up to two 1.5kWh LFP batteries beneath the seat. With two fully charged batteries, riders can travel as far as 150 kilometers under standard conditions.

Customers opting for the battery subscription service can subscribe to two batteries for PHP 439 per battery monthly, while battery swaps are priced at PHP 35 per battery. Users also have the option to charge batteries at home for added convenience.

Through a strategic partnership with V-Green, VinFast is actively deploying battery-swapping stations across the country, helping make electric mobility more accessible and convenient for Filipino consumers.

As one of Southeast Asia's largest two-wheeler markets, the Philippines presents significant opportunities for electric motorcycles. Alongside Indonesia, India, Thailand, and Malaysia, the country is one of VinFast's five priority international markets for its electric two-wheeler expansion this year.

Beyond motorcycles, VinFast continues to strengthen its broader green mobility ecosystem through electric vehicles, e-bikes, and e-buses, giving consumers more choices as the shift toward sustainable transportation gains momentum.

First deliveries of the new e-motorcycles are expected to begin in July 2026.
