Electric mobility takes another step forward in the Philippines as VinFast officially launches the VF MPV 7, its 7-seater electric MPV designed with families in mind. This marks the model’s third international market, reinforcing VinFast’s growing global presence and its commitment to making sustainable mobility more accessible.
Designed for everyday Filipino life, from school runs to weekend out-of-town trips—the VF MPV 7 positions itself as a practical yet forward-looking upgrade from traditional MPVs. With nearly 20% of the local automotive market driven by the MPV segment, VinFast is clearly tapping into a space where space, comfort, and value matter most.
The VF MPV 7 is priced at PHP 1,518,000 for the battery-included option, while the battery subscription model starts at PHP 1,239,000. To offer more flexibility, customers can opt for a subscription plan starting at PHP 2,700 per month for up to 2,000 km, or PHP 4,150 for higher usage needs, making EV ownership more adaptable to real-world driving habits.
Bookings officially open on May 5, 2026 through VinFast dealerships nationwide. Early adopters are also rewarded: the first 1,000 customers until May 31, 2026 can enjoy one year of free battery subscription (up to 2,000 km per month), while those choosing the full battery-included purchase get a PHP 27,200 discount.
Built with Filipino families in mind, the VF MPV 7 measures 4,740 x 1,872 x 1,734 mm with a 2,840 mm wheelbase, delivering generous cabin space suited for multi-generational travel. Its design follows a “golden ratio” MPV architecture, with wheels positioned at the corners for maximum interior room, complemented by V-shaped LED daytime running lights and 19-inch alloy wheels for a modern, confident look.
Inside, the vehicle focuses on comfort and practicality, offering flexible seating and up to 1,240 liters of cargo space, ideal for both daily errands and long road trips. Performance-wise, it comes with a 150 kW electric motor and 280 Nm of torque, powered by a 60.13 kWh battery with up to 450 km range (NEDC). Fast charging allows 10% to 70% in around 30 minutes, supporting busy urban lifestyles.
Ownership is further enhanced by lower running costs compared to traditional fuel vehicles, plus free charging at V-Green stations across the Philippines until March 2029. Buyers also benefit from a 7-year or 160,000 km vehicle warranty and a 10-year or 200,000 km battery warranty, among the most competitive in the segment.
According to Antonio Zara, the launch reflects VinFast’s long-term vision for the region. “With its spacious interior, strong performance, and optimized ownership costs, the VF MPV 7 is designed to be a meaningful upgrade for Filipino families,” he said.
Alongside the launch, VinFast continues expanding its dealership and aftersales network in the country, strengthening its EV ecosystem and supporting the shift toward greener, more cost-efficient mobility in the Philippines.
