For many Filipinos, dining at Jollibee Group is more than just grabbing a meal, it’s part of everyday life, family moments, celebrations, and shared experiences. Beyond serving customer favorites around the world, the company continues to strengthen its commitment to sustainability, transparency, and service excellence on a global scale.
The Jollibee Group recently received the 3G Excellence in Sustainability Reporting Award 2026, marking the second consecutive year that the company has been recognized for its sustainability reporting efforts.
The award was presented by Cambridge International Finance Advisory through the prestigious 3G Awards, which recognize organizations, institutions, and leaders that make governance, sustainability, and social responsibility a strategic priority.
The latest recognition highlights the Jollibee Group’s continued efforts to provide transparent, credible, and globally aligned reporting for Joy for Tomorrow, the company’s sustainability agenda that guides its long-term impact initiatives across markets.
Launched in 2022, Joy for Tomorrow is anchored on three key pillars: Food, People, and Planet. Through these pillars, the Group continues to focus on initiatives involving food quality and safety, nutrition and transparency, responsible sourcing, customer welfare and satisfaction, employee welfare, farmer livelihood support, community engagement, good governance, packaging and recycling, emissions and water management, and waste reduction.
As consumers become more conscious about how brands operate and create impact, recognitions like these reinforce the importance of accountability and measurable progress. The latest award affirms that the company’s sustainability initiatives are not only expanding globally but are also aligned with internationally recognized standards.
The recognition also builds on the Jollibee Group’s previous achievements from the 3G Awards, including the 3G Excellence in Sustainability Reporting Award 2025 and the 3G Championship Award for Community Development and Philanthropy 2024.
Adding to this year’s milestones, the company also received the 3G Championship Award for Service Excellence 2026. The award recognizes organizations that consistently exceed customer expectations through high service standards, innovation, and dedication to customer care.
Jollibee Group Global Chief Sustainability and Public Affairs Officer Pepot Miñana shared that the awards reflect the collective dedication of teams across different markets in advancing the company’s sustainability goals while continuously improving customer experience.
Meanwhile, Jollibee Group Global Chief Marketing Officer David Beal formally received the awards during the ceremony held in Singapore on April 28.
As the Jollibee Group continues to strengthen how it measures impact, improves transparency, and delivers meaningful customer experiences, the latest recognitions serve as another milestone in its ongoing mission to grow responsibly while creating joy for customers and communities worldwide.
