LG and will.i.am Unveil the Future of AI Audio: New XBOOM Lineup Debuts at CES 2026
SEOUL & LAS VEGAS, JANUARY 6, 2026 — LG Electronics (LG) and global innovator will.i.am (William Adams) are expanding their successful collaboration with four new xboom speakers designed for every lifestyle. Building on the momentum of the 2025 "Stage 301," the 2026 lineup introduces Stage 501, Blast, Mini, and Rock, all featuring deep integration with FYI.RAiDiO.
This partnership moves audio from passive listening to "intelligent media." Through the FYI.RAiDiO app or a dedicated "MY Button," users can engage in two-way conversations with 10 AI Personas and DJs for real-time, location-aware music curation.
The 2026 xboom Lineup:
xboom Stage 501 (The Party Powerhouse): Delivering 220W of power (160W on battery), this model features AI Karaoke Master. Using deep learning from 10,000+ songs, it can remove vocals and adjust the pitch of any track in real-time. It offers 25 hours of playback via a swappable battery.
xboom Blast (The Adventure Endurance): Designed for the outdoors, the Blast offers a massive 35-hour battery life and rugged, military-standard durability. Its three passive radiators create an expansive soundscape for open-air environments.
xboom Mini (The Lifestyle Cube): A stylish, compact cube with a "Magic Strap" for easy placement. It features IP67 water resistance and 10 hours of battery, making it perfect for the kitchen or patio.
xboom Rock (The Rugged Companion): An upgrade to the popular XG2, the Rock meets seven military durability standards. It now features 6W of power and LE Audio Auracast, allowing users to sync music across multiple speakers effortlessly.
