Explore Hann Reserve, a $4-billion eco-luxury sanctuary in New Clark City. Discover its PGA-affiliated golf courses, ultra-luxury hotels like Banyan Tree and InterContinental, and the highly anticipated Feb 2026 opening.
The landscape of Central Luzon is about to change forever. Nestled within the lush terrain of New Clark City, Tarlac, Hann Reserve, a 450-hectare "eco-luxury" sanctuary, is officially counting down to its grand debut in February 2026.
As an expansion of the vision that brought us the award-winning Hann Casino Resort, Hann Reserve isn't just a destination; it’s a $4-billion masterpiece designed to harmonize world-class leisure with the raw beauty of the Philippine landscape.
The Home of Golf Excellence
Hann Reserve is setting a global benchmark as the official home of the PGA of America in the Philippines. The estate will feature three distinct 18-hole championship courses:
- Mountain Course (Dragons Landing): Designed by Nicklaus Design, this mountaintop links course offers panoramic views and is set to open in February 2026.
- Valley Course (6 Moons): A parkland-style layout by K.J. Choi (slated for 2027) celebrating native vegetation.
- River Course (Caverns Deep): A Sir Nick Faldo signature course (slated for 2028) featuring waterfalls and steep valley terrain.
To ensure the sport grows locally, the resort will also house a PGA Academy and an International School, creating a pathway for the next generation of Filipino golfers.
A 10-Hectare Public Park
In a move that emphasizes community over exclusivity, Hann Reserve has broken ground on a massive 10-hectare public park. Divided into an Active Zone (mountain bike trails and treetop bridges), a Passive Zone (cultural sculptures and seating), and a Kids Zone (folklore-inspired playgrounds), the park ensures that nature remains accessible to all.
Uncompromising Sustainability
Under the philosophy "Greatness by Nature," the development uses advanced water management systems and eco-friendly turf technology. It is currently pursuing the R&A Certificate of Agronomic Excellence, a distinction held by fewer than 30 golf venues worldwide.
"Hann Reserve is more than a resort; it is a lasting legacy for the Philippines," says Tim Neil, General Manager of Hann Reserve. "By combining global standards in service with a deep respect for our natural environment, we are creating a destination that will put New Clark City on the map of every discerning traveler."
