Nothing Phone (3) Leak Reveals Bold New Design Without Iconic Glyph Interface

A fresh leak of the upcoming Nothing Phone (3) shows off a striking design and new camera layout but appears to ditch the brand’s famous Glyph interface.
The Nothing Phone (3) has surfaced online in a new leak, revealing a design that is both familiar and surprisingly different. Shared by well-known X leaker Max Jambor, the render shows what could be the final look of the highly anticipated flagship device. But what stands out the most isn’t what’s new, it’s what might be missing.

Nothing, the tech company known for its unique transparent phone design and standout Glyph interface, has been teasing the Phone (3) for months. Many expected the new model to push the design envelope even further. But the latest leak tells a different story. It suggests that Nothing might be stepping away from its most recognizable feature, the Glyph lighting system on the back.

The image reveals a clean, refined aesthetic with a circular camera module housing three lenses arranged asymmetrically. This layout breaks away from the more conventional positioning seen on previous models, including the recently released Nothing Phone (3a) and (3a) Pro. While the transparent back and sleek look still feel very “Nothing,” the lack of visible Glyph elements may signal a shift in design philosophy.

There’s still some mystery surrounding the image, though. The label “Model A000” is clearly a placeholder, and there are minor differences between this leak and official teasers shared by Nothing so far. That has led to some speculation that this may not be the final version or that certain design elements have been intentionally hidden. Another expected feature, the rumored Dot Matrix display, is also missing from the render. If this design is accurate, it may be a more minimal approach than fans anticipated.

On the hardware front, the Nothing Phone (3) is expected to be a true flagship. It will reportedly be powered by a Snapdragon 8-series processor, likely delivering top-tier performance. The device is also rumored to include a 5,000 mAh battery, which should provide solid battery life. Details on the camera specifications remain under wraps, but given the triple-lens setup, users can expect a solid photography experience once full specs are revealed.

While the final details are still unclear, what’s certain is that Nothing is preparing to make a bold move with the Phone (3). Whether removing the Glyph interface is a temporary design choice or a permanent shift in direction remains to be seen. One thing is for sure, this phone is shaping up to be one of the most talked-about tech releases of the year.

Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the official launch.
