The HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro smartphones have passed radio certification in China, confirming their upcoming launch.
HONOR, the popular smartphone brand, is gearing up for the release of its new HONOR 400 series, which is expected to launch soon in China and other markets. The HONOR 400 and HONOR 400 Pro models have recently received radio certification in China, signaling that their official launch could take place as early as May. While details about the global versions of these smartphones have already surfaced, it’s still unclear whether the Chinese and international models will feature the same specifications.
The certification from China’s CMIIT platform reveals the model numbers for the upcoming devices. The HONOR 400 carries the model number DNN-AN00, while the HONOR 400 Pro is identified as DNP-AN00. These new smartphones are set to bring impressive features and specifications to the table, and here's what you can expect from them.

The HONOR400 is likely to feature a 6.55-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset (SM7550), which promises smooth performance for everyday tasks and gaming. On the other hand, the HONOR 400 Pro will come with a larger 6.69-inch OLED screen, also offering a 1.5K resolution, but will be equipped with the more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. These chipsets are expected to provide better overall performance, making the Pro model a more premium option.

As for the camera setup, both the HONOR 400 and 400 Pro will feature an impressive 200-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) support, ensuring sharp and clear photos even in low-light conditions. Alongside this, both models will come with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, making them versatile for capturing a wide range of shots. The front-facing camera is expected to be a 50-megapixel sensor, which will allow for high-quality selfies and video calls.

While the HONOR 400 and 400 Pro will share many similar camera features, the Pro model is expected to have an additional 50-megapixel telephoto camera. This will offer improved zoom capabilities, giving users more flexibility when taking photos from a distance.

In terms of battery life, both models are expected to come with a sizable 5,300mAh battery. The standard HONOR 400 will support fast charging at 66W, allowing for quick recharges, while the HONOR 400 Pro may support even faster charging speeds of 100W. This means the Pro model will be able to charge much faster, making it a great option for users who are always on the go.

While there are also rumors of an HONOR 400 Ultra model, no official details have been confirmed at this time. Whether or not this model will be launched alongside the standard and Pro versions remains uncertain.
