Calling all foodies and party people! Solaire BBQ Festival was back once again last March 23, 2024! This festival is your chance to indulge in a delectable spread of grilled meats, fresh seafood, refreshing salads, and decadent desserts, all while soaking up the sun by the pool. In case you were not able to make it last time, here's what you missed.

A Feast by the Pool

The Solaire Pool BBQ Festival is a celebration of all things summer. Imagine yourself relaxing by the pool, sipping on a cool drink, and savoring perfectly grilled meats and seafood. The festival features a wide variety of mouth-watering barbeques from 11 different countries to tantalize your taste buds, from classic favorites to more adventurous options.

In addition to the delicious food, the festival also features a live DJ and a talented band to keep the party going and alive. People were singing at the top of their lungs while enjoying a really nice sunset view, drinking, and eating delectable food with their friends or loved ones. Although I came alone, I enjoyed discovering new dishes, getting my favorite food, and exploring other cuisines. It was a really fun night, being able to socialize and being carefree feels like a perfect summer vacation.

I also enjoyed the wide selection of desserts here. From pastries to ice cream and fruits! So if you have a sweet tooth, you'll definitely enjoy here. But wait! You can also add booze and fun to your night with some cocktails. I really liked the Cointreau Margarita slushie, it was really refreshing while enjoying the after-sunset breeze by the pool.

Solaire BBQ Festival is a perfect time to celebrate and gather family and friends. You will experience not just great food but also spectacular ambiance thanks to Solaire's poolside area as well as great customer service.
