HMR Surplus Shop Toy Hunt

It has been a while since I last visited HMR Surplus Shop. So Nix and I decided to visit the one in Araneta after we checked out the SiningSaysay exhibit at Gateway Gallery. 

We went straight to the toy section. They had a couple of nice finds there. Check out the photos.

Sometimes, the pile looks like this. You really have to dig in, like finding a hidden treasure. :) It's not that messed up. It's actually a bit more organized that your usual surplus shop.

Now, more toys!

Inside HMR, they also have furniture, house ware, books, apparel, gadgets, footwear, entertainment and more! For me, it's really exciting to go around and be surprised with what I will find. It's the search.

Now here is something I really wanted to buy. A Stormtrooper that is a pic from the Angry Birds series. Cute! But it was a bit dirty. I did not feel like buying it at that time, and now I regret it. It was only around P250. Bigger than your head.

Now these three will look good on top of my computer table. :)
