Marking a significant milestone for its food and beverage portfolio, Admiral Hotel Manila – MGallery Collection has officially announced the return of buffet dining to its flagship rooftop venue, Admiral Club Manila Bay, with the grand launch of Prime Grill Nights.

Beginning October 2, 2026, the weekend dining concept will run every Friday and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., offering food enthusiasts, families, and corporate groups a curated feast centered on open-flame cooking, ocean-fresh catches, and artisanal accompaniments. Set against the sweeping backdrop of Roxas Boulevard and the iconic Manila Bay sunset, Prime Grill Nights aims to balance culinary precision with a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

At the heart of the experience is an extensive spread featuring expertly grilled cuts of meat, prime seafood, handcrafted charcuterie boards, crisp seasonal salads, and rich signature sides designed for family-style sharing. Each station highlights the kitchen team's commitment to quality sourcing and live-fire techniques.
