Hosted at The Grand Kitchen inside Grand Hyatt Manila, BGC, this limited-time dining experience showcases a curated range of international dishes inspired by destinations across Singapore Airlines’ extensive global network. The promotion runs from August 6, 2026, to October 5, 2026.
Destination-Inspired Culinary Highlights
Carefully curated by the culinary team at The Grand Kitchen, the feature menu brings Singapore Airlines' destination stories to life through three standout dishes:
- Otak-Otak: A classic Southeast Asian fish delicacy mixed with aromatic spices and coconut milk, wrapped in banana leaf, and elevated with curry paste for an authentic street-food kick.
- Meeq Pok: Flat yellow egg noodles tossed in a tangy-spicy sauce, served with juicy mushrooms, bean sprouts, savory ground beef, and squid balls.
- Octopus Adobo: A Filipino fusion masterpiece combining tender octopus with a bold garlicky soy-vinegar glaze, finished with Indonesian sambal for a spicy depth of flavor.
- Spanish Paella Station: Representing SIA’s expanding European routes, including Barcelona, Madrid, and London.
