This holiday season just got more exciting for OPPO users, as the global smart device brand rolls out exclusive Mystery Gift Sets at all authorized OPPO Service Centers nationwide, making routine device care feel a little more festive.

From Fridays to Sundays until December 28, OPPO customers who avail of any repair service, including spare parts, labor fees, or accessory purchases worth at least PHP 3,000, will receive a Mystery Gift Set filled with surprises that change every weekend. It’s OPPO’s way of saying thank you to loyal users who trust the brand to keep their devices in top shape.

Those with repair transactions amounting to PHP 5,000 or more—including screen replacements, will enjoy even more perks. Along with their Mystery Gift Set, qualified customers will also receive a complimentary Post Screen Repair Warranty (PSRW), subject to applicable terms and conditions, for added peace of mind after repairs.

Beyond the instant surprises, OPPO is also giving customers a chance to win bigger through the OPPO Mystery Raffle. Every Mystery Gift Set recipient is eligible to join for a chance to take home an OPPO IoT device. To participate, customers simply need to comment on the official promo poster on the OPPO Care-PH Facebook Page until December 28, 2025. Entries must include a photo taken inside an OPPO Service Center while holding the Mystery Gift Set, a short message about the OPPO Weekend Holiday Promotion, the official hashtag #OPPOWeekendHolidayGiftSet, and the customer’s Repair Order number.

The raffle winner will be announced on December 29, 2025, via the OPPO Care-PH Facebook Page. Winners are required to coordinate with the OPPO Call Center Team through the same page and submit the necessary details by January 8, 2026. Prizes may be claimed at the winner’s preferred OPPO Service Center branch until January 30, 2026.
