realme Smart Scale. Your new AIOT fitness monitor device

realme introduces a new AIOT (artificial intelligence + internet of things) device to help us on our fitness journey. The realme Smart Scale is a fitness monitor device that provides you a wide array of data for your fitness analysis and monitoring.

I've been searching for something like this for a while now and it's nice to have some options to choose from, but this Smart Scale from realme is really something because not only does it have all of these data for you to analyze but its also affordable.

The design is simple but beautiful. You step on the 6mm enhanced tempered glass cover which has a hidden LED display. In total it's around 23mm thin. Available in blue or white.

Underneath is you will find the four legs that absorb the pressure when placed on the floor. You can also see the battery slot which requires four AAA batteries. The cool thing about the realme Smart Scale is that it has a 360-day battery lifespan so no need to change the battery that often.

Now if you check out the back of the box you can see a lot of the features, I mean a lot!

It has a real-time heart sensor and provides static heart rate information.
It features a high-precision Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) sensor that can calculate body fat and muscle content among others.
It has 16 types of health measurement data (weight, fat rate, body shape, BMI, muscle mass, body age, basal metabolism, lean body weight, moisture rate, muscle rate, visceral fat level, skeletal muscle, bone mass, protein, fat mass, heart rate)

What's nice here is you can also connect the device to an app. The realme Link App will enable a lot of features and even give you a customized health report after every use.

You can easily visualize your health status and gather proper health advice to help you reach your fitness goals.
It can store multi-person health data profiles with an exclusive account for everyone that can be matched according to age, gender, and height.
Another is it can store different health data profiles, enough for the family.

Now, this scale doesn't just measure people. It has a special small weight mode which can accurately measure the weight up to 10 grams for pets or other small items. Which is super cool!

There is one thing which I wish could have been a bit better. It's the finish of the tempered glass. I don't know if it helps in doing what it does in getting your health data, but this one right here is a fingerprint magnet. I find myself cleaning it every other use so that I maintain it clean. Other than that, it's all good!
