Spiral Launches Their First Cookbook to Celebrate a Decade of Culinary Excellence

The 132-page hardbound cookbook collectible provides an easy visual guide on ingredients, preparation and cooking of the featured dishes. It also has a feature on the history of Spiral. They also have sections dedicated to wine aficionados and connoisseurs to the art of tasting and pairing. One awesome thing they have is they also have a section there where they feature Spiral recipes such as Baked Camambert, Pan-seared Foie Gras, Ebi Tempura Lamb Rogan Josh, Hainanese Chicken Stir-fried Spicy Chicken with Thai Basil and the colorful dessert, Cashew and Pumpkin Nougat and Chocolate Lava Cake.

During the launch, they divided the media group into three with three guest celebrities to experience how some of their dishes were made. Sam Oh for the Pan-seared Foie Gras, Judy Ann Santos for the Pumpkin Nougat and Clint for the Tempura.
