If you missed out on the Globe Wanderland Music and Arts festival, then you’ve lost that chance of an epic high with the event’s amazing line-up of bands and activities!

High on Music: Wanderers relished the sounds of Oh, Flamingo, Curtismith, Jensen and the Flips, Commandeur, Chad Valley, Cheats, San Cisco, The naked and famous (insert fangirl shout here!), Bon Iver, and of course, Death Cab for Cutie. These ecstatic sounds brought about that familiar taste of indie euphoria that can only be found in that very event. A fest like no other.

High on Thrills: Aside from the main indie acts, Wanderland Planet had a whole bunch of spacey activities for all adventure-seeking wanderers to explore into. Art zone, glass doodle wall, wander ship, live art, games, photo booth, trampoline, and a lot more. So whether you’re in the mood for something artsy or had that extra adrenaline to do something thrilling, Wanderland had a wide range of things to respond to your curious wandering mind.

And the coolest thing? This planet was cashless! Your concert band is linked to a tiny little chip that you can reload and pay for things. Imagine leaving out that hassle of carrying your purse and counting those cash (or coins) everywhere you go. All we needed to do was load, and then tap away for booze, food, and activities. Pretty sick right?

So to sum it all up, Wandering really has its wonders! Really happy and thankful that Globe and Karpos was able to pull off all these together while maintaining the Wanderland tradition that both the young and old Filipino wanderers have loved.
